Catamount Constructors Launches Special Operations Team
DENVER, CO (January 15, 2020) – Catamount Constructors enhances its operations by officially launching a new team focused on completing shorter duration projects. The Special Operations team, led by manager Andrew Mattson, is focused on customer service oriented and agile project delivery for projects of six-months or shorter. Andrew and his team have nine (9) projects underway or recently completed and he expects staffing will grow over the next few months as Special Operations workload increases.
When asked why Catamount created a special operations team, Denver President Jeff Cochran commented, “We want to ensure that our clients benefit from the strength, knowledge, and resources available from Catamount as a large general contractor when they have specialty projects including ground-up, renovations and TIs, additions, or warranty work.” He continued, “We also saw an opportunity to develop new relationships in the markets we already serve including retail, senior living, healthcare, industrial, office, multifamily, and government.”
Andrew has over 15 years of experience in the construction industry delivering projects from energy infrastructure and testing facilities to retail and restaurant ground-up projects and tenant improvements. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Colorado Christian University in Lakewood, CO and an Associates of Applied Science in Process Technology from the University of Alaska in Anchorage, AK.
