Dexter Companies – Alpharetta, Georgia
We are completing the core and shell of three new one-story, fully sprinklered warehouse buildings for Dexter Companies in Alpharetta, GA! This 401,595 square foot industrial complex on a 51-acre site is designed for single or multiple tenants for distribution, light manufacturing and assembly and office space. Scope of work includes sitework, building shell structure, electrical and fire pump room.

To date, we completed the slab at the 122,219 square foot tilt up speculative warehouse (Building A).
Next up: Pouring panels.
The 134,757 square foot Building B and 144,619 square foot Building C are completed with a beautiful array of dock canopies installed.
