Dexter Companies – Alpharetta, Georgia

We are completing the core and shell of three new one-story, fully sprinklered warehouse buildings for Dexter Companies in Alpharetta, GA! This 401,595 square foot industrial complex on a 51-acre site is designed for single or multiple tenants for distribution, light manufacturing and assembly and office space. Scope of work includes sitework, building shell structure, electrical and fire pump room.

“The Forsyth 400 corridor demands more high-quality industrial buildings for businesses seeking to tap into the metro area’s finest workforce that yearns to work closer to their home,” Blake Dexter, president of Dexter Companies, said in the announcement. “We are filling that need with outstanding access to the Exit #12 McFarland interchange, together with immediate proximity to Big Creek Greenway access and the exciting HALCYON mixed-use village that will add 25 eateries (including a food hall), an Embassy Suites Hotel, and other amenities in Spring of this year. Shiloh Technology Center provides large, modern industrial footprints for light manufacturing and last-mile logistics to serve the surrounding affluent residential communities.”

To date, we completed the slab at the 122,219 square foot tilt up speculative warehouse (Building A).

Next up: Pouring panels.

The 134,757 square foot Building B and 144,619 square foot Building C are completed with a beautiful array of dock canopies installed.

The project team said, “While working on several buildings at such different stages can be a lot to manage at times, it’s given us a chance to hone the skills we already have, expand our knowledge, and learn from a new perspective.”

Thank you, Dexter Companies, for the opportunity!
