Our three and six-month internship programs offer hands-on experience with both our Preconstruction and Operations/Project Management teams providing an in-depth look at how each group functions. Interns gain an understanding of the respective roles and responsibilities and help start your career path after graduation.
“I love Catamount because the people here treated me as a valued member of the team from my first day as a Co-op. I was treated with an immense amount of respect and the team took time out of their day to teach me the ropes. I could tell right away that Catamount valued people and relationships and that’s very important to me.” – Kelly Cooper, Project Engineer
PRECONSTRUCTION ROTATION. At the end of the preconstruction rotation, interns will have a solid knowledge base for reading plans, understanding scopes of work performed by subcontractors, proficient use of software packages (i.e. On Screen Takeoff, SmartBid Net, Viewpoint, Bluebeam, etc.) as well as a general understanding of the risks and approaches to bidding work in different markets.
OPERATIONS ROTATION.
