Catamount launched a Special Operations Team in 2020 to provide dedicated, agile services to our clients for specialty and smaller projects throughout the Denver area, and on roll-out programs nationwide. El Five Restaurant
This 4,270 square foot, 5th level restaurant build-out for KID Charlemagne, LLC and Edible Beats, Inc. features high-end finishes, a patio bar, and open hibachi style wood-fired grill with panoramic views of Downtown Denver. Unique challenges during construction included hauling all equipment, materials and supplies up five (5) floors, with the use of cranes, while in an occupied office and residential building in the Highland Park neighborhood.

Residence Inn

This project is a 9,000 SF TI remodel for Residence Inn’s downtown Denver location. Scope of work includes build-out of a new fitness facility area, converting the existing 8th floor fitness facility into a guest suite and board room, and remodeling the existing meeting space, lobby, bar, buffet, common space and restrooms.

Car Wash USA Express

This International Car Wash Group project is a 4,546 square foot ground-up, fully automated tunnel car wash on a 1.25 acre lot with an unsprinklered masonry building with wood joists. The water used is largely reclaimed into three 2,000 gallon tanks, pumped into a water treatment system, and then recycled for future washes.

Sloan’s Chapel Plaza

This project is a 0.5-acre lot converted into a plaza/park space. Features include integrating lighting into the handrails, prefabricated benches, and reuse of ‘pillow stones’ from the old hospital surrounding the historic Chapel as stepping stones and bike rack bases.

Wagner Equipment Company

Office remodel and 1,700 square foot warehouse expansion completed in two phases. Phase One (1) included the installation of 21,000 square feet of access flooring and modular power, a new custom entrance staircase, and an expanded parts department.

Phase Two (2) included a new main entrance and vestible with excavator arm archway, a new elevator cab and hoist system, an 800 square feet outdoor mezzanine deck, a parking lot addition, delivery truck entrance, and training room upgrades.

This project was a 4,270 SF, 5th level restaurant buildout. This restaurant features a huge patio with an open concept and unobstructed city views, as well as an open format kitchen with a hibachi style grill.

Presbyterian/St. Luke’s MRI Renovation

Catamount completed a replacement of the existing MRI machine and renovated the existing MRI imaging suite. We have worked with Presbyterian St. Luke’s on more than 25 projects including a hybrid OR renovation and various facility upgrades.

Art Gym

This project was a 12,000 SF historic building renovation with an addition of an 8,000 SF mezzanine, light-weight concrete, and a new 2,500 SF addition featuring a combination of masonry and structural steel construction. The space was created for independent artists to create pieces in an open environment and the space includes a photography lab, art installation section, metal and woodworking shop, and a section for culinary artists to prep food for their food trucks. Catamount completed the renovation within a tight, 8-week schedule.

Les Schwab Tire Center

Catamount has completed 11 projects in Colorado for Les Schwab.  These projects consist of new construction with the square feet ranging from 10,337 SF to 12,000 SF. These projects typically include service bays, warehouses, and retail showrooms. Site work for the Les Schwab locations usually consists of earthwork, standard and heavy duty asphalt paving, concrete paving, sidewalks, curb and gutter, utilities, site lighting, site signage and striping, masonry, landscaping/ Irrigation, Landscaping wall with foundation, and trash enclosure gates.

Eastbridge Shopping Center

This project included the construction of two new grey shell, multi-tenant retail buildings in the Eastbridge neighborhood in Denver, CO as part of a new King Soopers Grocery development. The buildings are 14,600 SF with a 2,315 SF rooftop patio and 7,746 SF. There is a large plaza between the buildings which includes substantial hardscaping with a fire pit. Associated with this work were multiple TI finishes in both Eastbridge North and South including a Pilates Studio, Wildflowers Gift Shop, Los Chingones, and HashTag Restaurant.

This project was a 30,000 SF interior demolition and build-out for Sprouts. Work on this project included all new interior decor, electric and HVAC distribution, lighting and refrigeration compressor racks for food cases, kitchen prep and service areas, walk-in coolers and freezers, office space, and accessible public restrooms.

TD Ameritrade in Walnut Creek, CA

Catamount has completed nine (9) tenant improvement projects for TD Ameritrade in Arizona, California, Kansas, Georgia, Colorado, Texas, and Washington. All projects were built to U.S. Green Building Council LEED standards.  For this specific project in Walnut Creek, CO, Catamount restored the existing building after a flood.  The scope of the work included replacing all finishes, light fixtures, and mechanical controls.

Catamount has constructed 33 projects nationwide for CarMax Auto Superstores valued at $177 MM. These projects range from renovation and expansion of existing dealerships to site work and ground-up construction including this 27,071 SF ground-up automotive retail facility in Littleton, CO.  The project included a state-of-the-art, high-quality showroom, sales and service building, a carwash, 11 service bays, and ten acres of site work.
