Catamount has completed 12 design-build Land Ports of Entry (LPOE) projects located in Morgan and Whitetail, MT; Antler, Noonan, Carbury, Hansboro, Sherwood, and Westhope, ND; Churubusco, NY; Antelope Wells, NM; Pittsburg, NH; and, Pinnacle Road, VT. Art Gym

Gambro Office Renovation

Lockhill Crossing

Lockhill Crossing is a ground-up, Class A office building in San Antonio, TX. Catamount completed the shell of the 125,000 SF, 5-story office in May 2014 and interior build-out started in June. The first four floors of the building construction is concrete tilt-up and the fifth floor is structural steel. Kanab Office Building

The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) consolidated two offices in Kanab, UT, into one energy-efficient building. The 16,350 SF administrative offices building, which includes a 6,200 SF warehouse, serves as the headquarters for the BLM’s Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument and houses the staff of the BLM Kanab Field Office. In this relatively remote location in Southern Utah, temperatures can dip below 0°F in the winter and climb over 100°F in the summer.

This project included the construction of two new grey shell, multi-tenant retail buildings in the Eastbridge neighborhood in Denver, CO as part of a new King Soopers Grocery development. Castle Rock Adventist Health Campus

Catamount has worked on a few projects at the Castle Rock Adventist Health Campus, the first was the Castle Rock Medical Office Building (MOB). This building was a 62,000 SF, ground-up, 3-story, steel structure on the Castle Rock Adventist Health Campus. In addition, Catamount completed the tenant build-out of three spaces for Castle Rock Dental Group, HealthFit, and RidgeGate OBGYN.

Another project Catamount worked on was the Healing Gardens. The Castle Rock Adventist Hospital Healing Gardens consisted of exterior work, adjacent to the MOB, including landscaping, irrigation, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and water line, and hardscaping with several site furnishings including a large water feature.

Center for Cosmetic Surgery

Catamount completed tenant improvements that included a 3,361 SF expansion area inside the existing shell space on the north end of the building, an attic area of 314 AF that includes the incorporation of a new stairway, and a new framing system for this area. The remodel will enhance the practice by including an expanded nurses station, an additional procedure room, enclosed pre-op, recovery area, and a utility/storage room.

Atlanta Birth Center

This interior alterations project of a second generation tenant space was completed in two phases within a 7-story multi-tenant building. Phase 1 included full demolition of suites, addition of exterior windows, addition of new exterior exit, and build-out of the Birth Center with a new suite entry, with HVAC, power, lighting, voice/data modifications, and new finishes throughout the suite.
